The Board, through this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is inviting qualified service providers to submit a bid for the provision(s) of exterior painting for the following sites:
- Porter Street Elementary 728 Porter St, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3E7
- Lord Baden-Powell Elementary 450 Joyce St, Coquitlam, BC V3K 4G3
- RC Macdonald Elementary 2550 Leduc Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 5W6
- Baker Drive Elementary 885 Baker Dr, Coquitlam, BC V3J 6W9
A Mandatory Site Meeting, led by the Board’s Authorized Representatives, is scheduled for Thursday March 27, 2025, commencing at 9:00 A.M., PST and will begin at: Porter Street Elementary 728 Porter St, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3E7.
Documents for this opportunity including all future addenda and award information are available directly from the Board of Education of School District No. 43's website at https://sd43.bidsandtenders.ca  ;(the Bidding System). To download the documents, suppliers will need to create a free account on Bids & Tenders. Documents are not provided in any other manner.
The Bidder shall submit its Bid in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Bid name and number, and the Bidder’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. The Bid shall be submitted no later than the Bid Closing to the receptionist at the following specific physical location:
