Project Description: The City of Norwalk is seeking creative proposals from qualified and interested parties to operate an arts space within a mixed-use building currently under construction at 61 Wall Street. The selected operator will have the opportunity to enhance Norwalk's arts and cultural offerings by managing a community-oriented arts space within the building's first-floor retail area. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
