Notice is hereby given by theCity of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Onix Networking Canada, Inc. for the provision of Mindbreeze software license, software support services, and professional services.DESCRIPTION: The City currently has an agreement with Onix Networking Canada, Inc. which will expire on March 18, 2025. Mindbreeze is a cloud-based Google search appliance which indexes all web pages on the Vancouver.ca website, and provides advanced search functionality on the Vancouver.ca website and associated applications on network drives, email servers, SharePoint, HP Trim.The City intends to extend the agreement for another three (3)-year period, inclusive of software license renewals, software support services, and professional services. TERM: three (3) years.The contract is valued at approximately $200,000CAD.
