Technology and Facility Security Services

Cass County, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Technology and Facility Security Services at the Cass County Justice Center. The selected vendor will provide maintenance, support, and repair services for the Justice Center’s security systems, including jail intercoms, door access controls, touchscreen software, and surveillance cameras.

Pre-Qualification Process: Due to the sensitive nature of the project, vendors must undergo a two-step pre-qualification process. Interested vendors must submit qualifications, including background check consent forms for all employees who would be working on the project. Personnel will be subject to a background check conducted by the Cass County Sheriff's Office and must sign a Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before gaining access to sensitive security information.

Submission Details:

Pre-qualification submissions must be received by March 28, 2025. Only pre-qualified vendors will be invited to a mandatory pre-submittal meeting before submitting full proposals.
