Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education (hereinafter "CMBE") is soliciting the submittal of qualification statements from experienced Architectural/Engineering firms interested in providing Feasibility Study services for a Craig Avenue Warehouse Freezer Addition at 3903 Craig Avenue, Charlotte, NC.
Scope of the Feasibility Study will include Civil, Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Cost Estimating disciplines, for a 28’W x 74’L freezer addition at CMS’s Craig Avenue Warehouse site.
Copies of the RFQ can be downloaded from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Auxiliary Services website beginning Monday Dec. 15, 2025 at:
https://www.cmsk12.org/operations/operations-support-services
The response will be due to CMS Auxiliary Services at 3301 Stafford Drive no later than 12:00 pm on Friday Jan. 9, 2026. Any proposals received after this date and time will be returned unopened.
CMS reserves the right to select, re-advertise and/or reject any proposal for any reason.
