The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the purchase and delivery of Bullard QXT Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras, or approved equivalent, for the Fire Department.
The City anticipates purchasing a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of three (3) cameras, depending on bid pricing and available departmental funding. Bidders shall provide a unit price for each camera, inclusive of all shipping, handling, and delivery charges. The final quantity purchased will be determined by the City at the time of award.
The Bullard QXT Pro is identified as the reference product for the desired equipment. Equivalent products will be considered subject to the City’s review and approval. Bidders proposing an equivalent shall identify the manufacturer and model and submit manufacturer specifications and supporting documentation demonstrating comparable performance, functionality, durability, and suitability for firefighting applications. Any differences from the reference product shall be clearly identified.
Bidders shall identify all accessories included in the unit price, including batteries and charging equipment, and disclose any optional features or accessories priced separately.
Each bidder shall upload all available manufacturer warranty information and operating and maintenance manuals for the proposed equipment with its bid submission. Bidders shall also indicate the anticipated delivery timeframe after receipt of a purchase order.
The awarded vendor shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the equipment to the delivery location specified by the City. All equipment shall be delivered new, unused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories required by the specifications.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit its bid, along with all required documents, through the City of Warner Robins’ online procurement system, IonWave, no later than Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM (ET).
Bidders are encouraged to submit questions pertaining to the specifications and requirements of this solicitation. All questions must be submitted through IonWave no later than Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM (ET).
Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, specifications, and any addenda issued for this solicitation.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. If awarded, the contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder whose bid is determined to be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, considering price, availability, value, and all other applicable factors.
