REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
AIRPORT PROPERTY LEASE AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY

The City of Lawrence Municipal Airport is seeking proposals from qualified tenants and developers interested in leasing and developing a parcel, or portion thereof, of airport-owned property located at the Lawrence Municipal Airport in North Andover, Massachusetts.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) package will be available for download beginning Monday, June 8, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. on the City of Lawrence website at:

Sealed proposals will be received by the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840, until 11:00 A.M. on Friday July 10 ^th , 2026.
