The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting quotes for Teleradiology Services for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL. Contractor shall provide all space, supplies, equipment, key personnel to include board certified/eligible radiologists, and management necessary to provide these services. The resultant contract will be a fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. Performance is anticipated from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030. All qualified firms that believe they can satisfy this requirement are invited and encouraged to provide a quote. The Government anticipates award of a commercial services contract to the responsible firm whose offer provides the best value to the Government.

The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621512 is $19.0 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and also through the System for Award Management (SAM) on-line at www.sam.gov.
