Description:

The State of California (State), Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset and Management (OFAM) owns and operates multiple parking lot facilities. Pursuant to Government Code 14678, it is OFAM¿s responsibility to procure specialized cleaning services to operate and maintain these motor vehicle parking facilities. Contractor shall provide DGS, OFAM Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly and/or Annual cleaning services at thirteen (13) Sacramento parking lot locations.
