Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Form Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 1 (SF1) Radio Production

The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Multifunctional Information Distribution (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) (PMA/W-101) , intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to L3 Telemetry and Radio Frequency (L3 T&RF) Products for the production of National Security Agency (NSA) certified MIDS Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small Form Factor Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family 1 (SF1) radios.

The authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source.
