THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.



INTRODUCTION



This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 15.201(e). The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) is seeking industry feedback and interest regarding Leadership and Management Training Program. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the acquisition strategy.



PROGRAM BACKGROUND



The mission of ATEC is to obtain a fully customizable ATEC Leadership and Management Training Program. The program is required to be conducted by an instructor, self-study online modules, and in-person sessions which shall provide attendees with skills necessary to effectively manage in today’s rapidly changing environments.



REQUIRED CAPABILITIES



This service includes creating a fully customizable ATEC Leadership and Management Training Program. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, quality control, inspections, and items necessary to provide to perform IAW the attached PWS.



QUESTIONS




  1. Please provide a capability statement of the firm. Capability statement shall include, but not limited to: Contact Information (including firm’s socioeconomic status), Core Competencies, etc.

  2. Please provide two (2) most recent contract numbers providing a fully customizable Leadership and Management Training Program.
