Hatboro Borough 2025 Road Program

Project Description: The Work to be completed under this contract includes a base and alternate bid for the mill and overlay of roadways at specified locations in Hatboro Borough, including base repair and pavement markings, and replacement of several curb ramps. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. The Work also includes soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, traffic control, and restoration. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s June 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index. The paving related work for the project shall be complete no later than October 31, 2025. If the Contract Price exceeds $250,000, the project is subject to the Borough’s Responsible Contractors Ordinance.
