REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OF LIFT STATION
FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS
Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified contractors to provide
construction services for three (3) lift station improvement projects which includes the renovation
of wastewater lift station facilities located at the Sawmill, Arizona; Coyote Canyon, New Mexico
and Iyanbito, New Mexico.
An onsite pre–proposal meeting will be held on May 28, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. (MDT) in
Sawmill, Arizona (35°53'50.64"N 109°08'56.31"W); followed by at 12:00 p.m. (MDT) in Coyote
Canyon, New Mexico (35°45'57"N 108°42'21"W); and ending at Iyanbito, New Mexico
(35°29'54.5"N 108°28'48.9"W) at 2:00 p.m. (MDT).

Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted, electronically to avisj@ntua.com in separate PDF
attachments clearly labeled: for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN – CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
OF LIFT STATION FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS (PROPOSAL)” and for the Cost “DO NOT
OPEN – CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OF LIFT STATION FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS
(COST)” and received electronically by June 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (MDT).

Preference will be applied in accordance with the Navajo Business and Procurement Act (12
N.N.C. § 1501 et seq.); the Navajo Nation Procurement Act (12 N.N.C. § 301 et seq.); the Navajo
