Sealed bids will be received by the Spokane Airport Board Administrative Offices at the
Spokane International Airport, 9000 West Airport Drive, Suite 204, Spokane, Washington
99224, until2:00 p.m., June 24, 2026 for:

SPOKANE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
It shall be the duty of each Bidder to submit his/her bid on or before the hour and date specified
above. Bids will be opened and virtually read aloud at 2:30 p.m., June 24, 2026. Sealed bids
will not be accepted via electronic submission. Any bids received after the time for opening
cannot and will not be considered.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually at 2:00 p.m., June 15, 2026. The
Pre-Bid Conference will be hosted virtually only. Attendance is mandatory for Prime Contractors
only. Any bid submitted by a firm which did not attend this pre-bid conference will be rejected.

The general nature of the Work is as follows:
The Work includes demolition, site prep, earthwork, grading, asphalt concrete paving,
electrical, communications, stormwater, detention vaults, structural foundations,
pavement markings, traffic control, and all other work as noted on project plans for the
consolidation of Economy 1 Parking Lot.
Contract Documents are available at www.siaplanroom.com. Documents can be viewed
and/or purchased online. The Planholders List is also available at this website. All addenda will be
issued through email. Bidders can register online to be placed on the Planholders List and to
receive automatic e-mail notification of addenda. Abadan Reprographics & Imaging, 603 East
Second Avenue, Spokane, WA 99202 (Phone: 509-747-2964) should be contacted with website
and plan ordering questions. Questions during the bid period and inquiries regarding bid results
(after bid opening) should be directed to the Planning & Development Department of Spokane
Airports by contacting Joseph Hoeing at jhoeing@spokaneairports.net. Questions during the bid
period are due by4:30 p.m., June 16, 2026.

A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Addendums (if
applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a
cashier's check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total
bid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liability
insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is a
prevailing wage project per applicable State Law.
The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality,
to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest of
the Airport pursuant to the terms of the Instruction to Bidders and General Conditions. The
contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All bidders are
cautioned to be aware of the requirement to have their bids considered responsive.
