Rebid of NCCD Office Interior Renovations

Project Description: Bids will be received online by Northampton County Conservation District (NCCD) via PennBid until 4:00PM Wednesday, July 16, 2025 for the following:
NCCD OFFICE INTERIOR RENOVATIONS
NORTHAMPTON COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTIRCT, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA
The project consists of interior renovations to the existing NCCD office location. All documents and details are available electronically at PennBid – htps://pennbid.bonfirehub.com
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, July 3rd, 2025 at the NCCD office, 3158 Newburg Rd, Nazareth, PA 18064
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of NCCD, or Bid Bond in favor of NCCD at 10% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions for Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workers employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within (60) days of the bid opening date. NCCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any bidding informalities. Bids will be unsealed at a July 17th, 2025 meeting of the NCCD Resource-Facilities Committee
