Snow & Ice Removal Services

Project Description: The Contractor will provide snow and ice removal services on an on-call, as needed basis. The City will issue a list of properties that are to be maintained at the beginning of the season. The Contractor will be performing snow removal services at City owned buildings, including but not limited to CMPD facilities, Solid Waste facilities, and various other Government buildings. Properties range in size from between approximately ¼ acre to over 4 acres of paved areas. Assigned properties are subject to change throughout the year. Work will be performed in response to requests made by the City’s Project Manager. All services require advance authorization. The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform snow removal services.
