The purpose of this solicitation amendment P0001 is to change competition set aside from SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB Program Sole Source to as originally intended to SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15), in response to industry Q&A “I am reaching out to confirm whether the solicitation for Sign Language Services (SLS) Request for Proposal is open for all Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) companies”.
All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment P0001 section 4 and 5 and attachments. All offerors shall include signed amendment P0001 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of this amendment.
