Description
The Corporation of the Village of Cumberland (“The Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, professional consulting firms to enter into a contract for general parks consulting services with a qualified firm for a three (3) year term to supplement in-house capabilities, as well as a for parks and cemetery planning and design services including but not limited to: park management and master planning; neighbourhood and
community park design, development and construction project management; and cemetery design, development and construction project management, including heritage planning, as set out in Part D, Scope of Work, of this RFP.
The proponent will work closely with the Village staff, Council, internal and external stakeholders, and the public to ensure the success of projects from inception to completion.
