Synopsis
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide rentals of All-Terrain Telescoping Rotary Tree Trimmers to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with renewal options for two (2) additional one-year periods or any portion thereof. We will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered By MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record, Ashten Lorts, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date via email, ashten.lorts@modot.mo.gov. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
