Marina Redevelopment (Project No. 25204-130)

The City of St. Petersburg invites qualified Firms to submit qualifications to provide progressive Design-Build services at a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the design and construction the Marina Redevelopment Project. This Project involves the design and construction of floating docks, dock houses, the renovation or replacement of ship store, fueling facilities, seawalls adjacent to each of the marina basins, and bridge connecting to Demens Landing and associated infrastructure. Work will also include routinely inspecting the existing facilities for safe operations, and sequencing the replacement or selective rehabilitation of elements. The project is multi-phased within the North, Central, and South Marina Basins.

The Design-Build Firm should have experience in the development of coastal marine facilities (saltwater environment), including seawalls, accessory buildings with experienced design professionals specializing in bridge replacement and design of facilities within coastal high hazard zones.
