The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for 2025 Wastewater Treatment Facility Bar Screen Replacement Projects until 1:00 p.m. (our clock) on March 14, 2025 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Project Summary: The Work is located at the Pre-Treatment Building at the Fort Morgan Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Work consists of removal of an existing in-channel mechanical bar screen, installation of a new Owner-furnished in-channel mechanical bar screen and washer/compactor, plant utility water piping modifications, relocation of an existing mechanical bar screen control panel, installation of a new mechanical bar screen control panel, and modifications to the Headworks Building electrical system to provide two fully functional mechanical bar screens and washer/compactor units.
The Fort Morgan Wastewater Treatment Facility is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to replace the current bar screen system. Contractor will work with City selected vendor to install pre-procured equipment.

Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the City of Fort Morgan Wastewater Treatment Facility, 18169 Co Rd 22, Fort Morgan, CO 80701 on February 25th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. The Engineer may issue addenda as the Engineer considers necessary in response to the questions raised in the Pre-Bid Conference.
