The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) has an upcoming requirement for various radiopharmaceuticals to be provided on an as-needed basis to the Nuclear Medicine Clinic at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) located at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX (refer to Attachment 1 for list of radiopharmaceuticals required). The Government anticipates issuing an IDIQ contract for this requirement, which will include a twelve-month base period plus four (4) twelve-month option periods.
Responses to the Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility in providing the COMPLETE LIST of various radiopharmaceuticals listed in Attachment 1. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. Interested sources should submit a Statement of Capability (3 page limit) detailing their capability to provide the radiopharmaceuticals to Brooke Army Medical Center (JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX). Additionally, please provide the following information:
1) Organization's name, CAGE code, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Please advise if the requirement can be met through a contract vehicle the source already has (i.e VA FSS contract number).

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Women-Owned Small Business, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as well as the interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Large Business community, to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract for these radiopharmaceuticals. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsive contractors.
