Oakbourne Mansion Parking Improvements

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Westtown Township for Oakbourne Mansion Parking Improvements until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 12th day of March, 2025.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
The project involves the construction of a paved asphalt parking lot at the Oakbourne Park Mansion located at 1014 South Concord Road in Westtown Township. Work will include site preparation, earthwork, utility services, asphalt paving, concrete curbing, stormwater management, landscaping, and appurtenant work.
Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm March 7, 2025.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
