The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located at US Highway 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has an upcoming requirement for Solid Waste and Recycling Disposal. This will be a five (5) year contract with a base year plus four option years:
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection with a small business size standard of $47.0 million.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00271 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 21, 2025, at 2PM MDT (1400). The acquisition is a Total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
