Description:
Construction of a 10,112 GSF Type II-B Emergency Operations and 911 Communications building, primarily fabricated with concrete masonry & structural steel, clad in brick veneer & aluminum metal panels, with standing seam metal panels and modified bitumen roofing systems. The project includes all necessary sitework, utilities, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
