Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS:



Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), intends to issue a draft sole-source solicitation (W912CH-25-R-0001) to General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. (GDLS), 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-3200. This draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Requirements Contract for an estimated quantity of 1,221 for the Stryker Enhanced Power Distribution Unit Version Two (2) (EPDU-2) Retrofit Kits for the Stryker FoVs.



This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with (IAW) FAR 4.502 and 5.102; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. An electronic copy may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://sam.gov/. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement within forty-five days after the date of publication on this synopsis.
