Justification for sole/single-source acquisition:
TriNova, Inc. is the exclusive representative of Endress + Hauser products within the Florida
municipal market. TriNova, Inc. is the sole or exclusive representative for Endress + Hauser
within the state of Florida for the purchase of new products, OEM repair parts, repairs and
maintenance.
Prospective suppliers shall provide information regarding their ability to supply the
commodities or contractual services listed above to Catrina Wilson, Procurement Manager
