USCIS OCFO seeks professional services for system configuration, production deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the OneStream platform, specifically for Financial Management Division functions. This effort excludes work related to Planning, Programming, and Budget Execution.
The contractor will implement Financial Closeout, Payroll Management, Financial Reconciliation, and reporting for commitments, obligations, and unliquidated obligations, in accordance with USCIS OCFO FMD requirements. Services include integrating data from external systems (such as FFMS, NFC, and other ancillary systems), maintaining system security compliance, facilitating knowledge transfer to federal staff, and providing program and project management.
The contractor must demonstrate expertise in OneStream software, federal financial management, and relevant federal systems (including Treasury and NFC). Experience with DHS financial processes is preferred. Responsibilities include configuring OneStream for financial consolidation and closeout, replacing legacy tools, ensuring payroll management and reconciliation, integrating data from USCIS systems, and delivering guided and narrative reporting compliant with DHS HQ requirements.
