Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Ballard Water Improvement Dist / Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, Utah 84066. Specifications and Drawings will be provided at a later date.
Questions: Questions are due in writing to Karissa Musich, Project Admin, at karissa.m@jonesanddemille.com on or before November 13, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Jones & DeMille Engineering located at 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, Utah 84066, until November 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. local time.
Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on November 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time at Jones and DeMille Engineering, 520 West Highway 40, Roosevelt, UT 84066.
