City Infrastructure Projects: Roadway, Drainage, & Related Civil Works

The City of North Miami Beach, FL (the "City"), is soliciting sealed responses for City Infrastructure Projects: Roadway, Drainage, & Related Civil Works . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/citynmb PRIOR TO 5:00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2026 . Late responses will not be accepted.

The City of North Miami Beach ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified firms ("Contractors") to provide a range of construction services on an as-needed basis. These services may include, but are not limited to: paving, sidewalk installation and repair, demolition, site preparation, utility work, maintenance of traffic (MOT), sewer and storm water system construction, and other related civil construction activities.

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish an agreement with one or more qualified Contractors. Future projects will be assigned through individual Work Orders accompanied by a Purchase Order. The selected Contractor(s) will be responsible for completing assigned work at designated locations, within specified timeframes, and must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work in accordance with the terms of the Work Order and this ITB.
