The Project consists of dredging and grading the existing detention basins, and CCTV investigation of existing storm sewer system, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the ENGINEER.
This Project will be evaluated in a qualification-based selection process. Each Proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its Professional Qualifications and Past Involvement with Similar Projects, Proposed Work Plan, Schedule, and Cost Proposal. As such, Proposal prices will not be read at proposal opening.
