Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to design a new Hazardous Waste Facility for the Solid Waste Site in Palmer, AK 99645. Proposals shall be for completing the design of the new facility including all sitework and utilities. Recent new construction in the area which includes a new Tipping Building, Tipping Office, and new Scales & Scale House has recent drawings for reference that are in the package.
