NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Collin County, TX invites sealed bids for 2025-091 , Collin County Service for Windows and Security Cameras .
The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $ 150,000 .
SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment, tools, machinery, facilities, and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. The Contract will be a general contract to install services windows, install security cameras, and installing communication devices at located at 2300 Bloomdale Road McKinney, Texas 75071 and The Collin County Sub courthouse located at 900 E. Park Boulevard Plano, Texas 75074.
The site visit will consist of meeting in the conference room located at 2300 Bloomdale Road and a walk through of the area. Please note the site visit does not consist of the multiple sites, but the areas are open to the public and can be accessed during normal working hours, an agenda is attached.
Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.
