Project Description: Pinal County, serving over 310,000 registered voters and managing a pool of approximately 3,000 potential poll workers, is seeking a comprehensive Poll Worker Management System (PWMS). The selected system must include integrated online training, real-time communication capabilities, and a user-friendly interface designed to streamline operations throughout the election cycle.This solution must enhance the efficiency, transparency, and legal compliance of Pinal County’s electoral processes, aligning with both federal and state mandates, and all applicable county policies. All components of the system—including development, hosting, and maintenance—must reside within the United States, complying with cybersecurity protocols established by Pinal County and the State of Arizona.
