Project Description: RICHLAND COUNTY, South Carolina is soliciting electronic bids from licensed contractors, for the Broad River Rd. and Farming Creek Rd. Traffic Signal. The Broad River Road at Farming Creek Road Traffic Signal scope includes turn-key installation of strain poles, push button assemblies, signal heads, span wires, controller cabinet with concrete foundation, loop detectors, splice boxes, pavement markings and signing.
