AMENDMENT 1: The Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section 1.21, has been revised to include Special Qualifications in accordance with the following Technical Orders/Manuals:

Question: The Equipment List shows 3 tube heads, but only one generator for PMXG out of a total of 6 machines. How many machines will need maintence?
Answer: There are 6 pieces of equipment that will need maintenance. Only one tube head is in use at a time, but the other 2 tube heads will also need Preventive Maintenance.
