ITB - Purchase of HDPE Pipe for the Butternut Creek Pump Station Forcemain Project No. 7328

Clean Water Services (District) is seeking to purchase the following goods as part of the Butternut Creek Pump Station Forcemain Project No. 7328 (Project):

1)      2880-Linear Feet of 24-inch IPS DR11 Green Stripe HDPE Pipe and Fittings;

2)      100-Linear Feet of 3-inch IPS DR11 Green Stripe HDPE Pipe and Fittings;

3)      One (1) 90-degree bend (3-inch IPS DR11).

The goods will be delivered to the Project Site, at 4100 SW River Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97123. Interested vendors must submit bids.

All bids must be submitted to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, by Thursday, November 13, 2025 2:00:00 p.m., local time, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5389_Itb___Purchase_Of_Hdpe_Pipe_For_The_Butternut_Creek_Pump_Station_Forcemain_Project_No_7328 .  Facsimile, mailed or emailed bids will not be accepted.  Before Bidders can submit their bids, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus . There is no cost to register. Late bids will not be considered for award.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by telephone conference at 2:00 p.m. local time on November 13, 2025.  Bidders can attend the opening by calling the telephone conference number (503) 681-4499.

Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
