Depew Park Renovations - Design, Construction Documents, Construction Administration

The City of Peekskill (the “City”) is requesting a statement qualifications from interested Landscape Architectural/Engineering firms (“Consultant”) to perform professional landscape architectural, engineering, construction administration, and construction inspection services for improvements to the Depew Park recreational facilities (the “Depew Park Renovation Project” or Project”.The design work will be based on a community-approved schematic design (attached). The City is seeking to retain Consultant to prepare plans and specifications suitable for public bidding for the aforementioned Project. The Consultant shall also prepare any necessary permit applications and supporting documents required to secure all the necessary permits and approvals and comply with all aspects of the Scope of Services.
