The contractor shall show clear, and compelling evidence to meet all requirements of this solicitation.
This solicitation is Small Business set-aside, open market.
Award will be made IAW ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, a FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.
ALL quotes must be received by Thursday, February 12, 2026.
