This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Chinle AZ 86503 off US Highway 191 and Hospital Drive.
