The Public Utility Commissionof Texas (PUCT) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for outside legalcounsel (Contractor) to provide comprehensive legal services to the PUCT in allPublic Information Act (PIA) appeals involving records not related to the TexasEnergy Fund. The PUCT has previously engaged aContractor through a separate contract to handle all PIA appeals involvingrecords related to the Texas Energy Fund. The scope of services for this RFQ is, therefore, limited accordingly.
