The District of Invermere is seeking qualified contractors to complete upgrades to the Paddy Ryan Middle Dam, including a new precast box‑culvert spillway, dam crest raising, precast retaining walls, culvert sleeving, riprap, fencing, signage, and environmental protection works. The project improves dam safety, spillway capacity, and environmental performance, and will interest contractors experienced in heavy civil, water infrastructure, and in‑stream construction.
