Energy Heroes School-Based Education Program

The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Energy Heroes School-Based Education Program . Qualifications are due no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025 . All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 10:00 am on Thursday, July 3, 2025 .

Seattle City Light's Energy Heroes Program offers free educational workshops and classroom presentations for teachers and students in grades 1-12 to create and support Energy Heroes across our community. This program focuses on energy conservation, electrical safety, renewable energy, sustainability, electrification and equity. All our workshops are interactive, promote curiosity, and reinforce curricula already being taught in the classroom. Each presentation or workshop may be tailored to align to class periods within specific schools.
