DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE(S)
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) invites proposals from qualified external consultants to conduct a review of SHA’s medical leadership structure and provide a comprehensive market assessment of physician leadership remuneration models. This work is intended to ensure that SHA has an effective, accountable, and competitive framework for physician leadership that supports clinical governance and health system transformation while ensuring that leadership remuneration supports recruitment and retention of qualified medical leaders.
SPECIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The successful Proponent will be required to provide external consulting expertise to conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) physician leadership structure and remuneration models. The scope of work must include, but is not limited to, the following:1. Review of Physician Leadership Structure, 2. Market Assessment of Physician Leadership Remuneration, 3. Deliverables, 4. Methodology Requirements, 5. Qualifications of Proponent
