Pickleball Courts for Ayers Park

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for final prep grade, forming, pouring and broom finishing of concrete for new Pickleball Courts at Ayers Park, located at 1011 Heritage Parkway, Monroe, Ga. 30656. Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 12, 2024. A mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held at the site at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 3rd. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal must attend this meeting. Proposals should be marked Proposal #2024-14, Pickleball Courts for Ayers Park. A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman¿s Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify.Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the proposal based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
