The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals for traffic signal and horizontal curve safety improvements. Items of work include new vehicle signal heads, signal head backplates, flashing chevron system, thermoplastic pavement markings, high friction surface treatment, rumble strips, signs, hot mix asphalt and aggregate base.Â
