The Single award contract is designed to provide a flexible, and responsive contractual capability to perform general simple construction work at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.B. SABER offerors shall propose a coefficient. Delivery/Task Orders use the coefficient; multiplied against standard unit prices contained in a unit price guide (UPG). The UPGutilized will be the R.S. Means.C. The total program shall not exceed a ceiling of $9.99 Million over the performance period.D. Contract performance is one 36 month base period, followed by two 12 month option periods.E. This is a competitive Small Business Administration 8(a) Set-Aside. One award will be made. The assigned SBA Requirement Number is DY1732301657S.
