Description
The United States Department of Energy Savannah River (DOE-SR), Office of Chief Counsel (OCC), located in Aiken, SC, is responsible for providing legal advice, counsel, and support to the Manager, DOE-SR to further the Department’s mission of the environmental cleanup of the Savannah River Site. DOE-SR OCC has an ongoing need for court reporter services in the State of South Carolina to provide coverage during legal proceedings to ensure an accurate, verbatim official record is created to comply with statutory and regulatory obligations, as well as for use in future proceedings.

DOE-SR OCC is requesting quotes to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as described in the Statement of Work, Section 3. General Requirements. DOE-SR OCC intends to award multiple-award BPAs up to five vendors on the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) with a target of 60% of those awards going to socioeconomic concerns. Moreover, DOE reserves the right to set aside BPA call orders to socioeconomic small businesses.
