Description
The City of Medicine Hat (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select up to five (5)qualified Proponents to provide Geographic Information System (GIS) and Esri Utility Network(UN) consulting services on an as-required basis.
The City is advancing its digital and asset management maturity through the modernization of its enterprise GIS, spatial data governance, and utility network capabilities. The intent of this RFP is to establish a roster of trusted GIS and Utility Network advisors who can support planning, implementation, optimization, and long-term sustainability of the City’s GIS and utility systems.
Services and resources to be provided under this RFP include, but are not limited to, those identified in the Scope of Work.
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional two (2) years.
