Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:various seeds according to attachments .
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: see Attachment B #2 Seed Offers for information.
Length of Contract: The preferred delivery date is prior to September 4, 2025, but later delivery dates will be considered on a per item basis. Items cannot be delivered prior to July 28, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing: After the initial awards are made the State may procure more seed due to fires or other needs at the bid prices if the vendor is still willing to sell additional seed at the original bid price.
